Shipping
Orders are usually packed and posted within three business days.
As Poppy Orange is a small handmade business, dispatch times may occasionally be a little longer during busy periods. If that happens, your patience is always appreciated.
Orders are sent via Australia Post, with both Standard and Express shipping options available at checkout.
As soon as your order has been posted, you'll receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its delivery.
At the moment, Poppy Orange ships within Australia only.
Refund and Returns Policy
I want you to love your jewellery. If something isn't right, I'll always work with you to find a fair solution.
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you're entitled to a remedy if a product doesn't meet the consumer guarantees of acceptable quality, durability or safety.
Faulty or defective items
Every bracelet is carefully handmade and inspected before it leaves Poppy Orange. While I take great care in making each piece, if your bracelet has a genuine manufacturing fault, you're entitled to a remedy.
If your bracelet has a major manufacturing defect you can choose a full refund or replacement.
What isn't covered
Consumer guarantees don't apply where damage has occurred through normal wear or accidental misuse. This includes:
- Damage caused by catching or pulling the bracelet.
- Wearing the bracelet while swimming, showering or during activities where it may be exposed to unnecessary strain.
- Exposure to perfumes, lotions, cleaning products or other harsh chemicals that may affect the elastic or bead finishes.
- Fair wear and tear that naturally occurs over time.
Change of mind
Please choose carefully when placing your order.
As each bracelet is handmade, refunds, exchanges or store credits aren't available for change of mind, selecting the wrong size or deciding you no longer want the item.
